Visitor Information




Commencing Friday 19 November, all visitors aged over 12 and two months will need to have received both COVID-19 vaccinations and provide verification of their vaccination status as a condition of entry.

Eligible proof of vaccination status (with proof of ID) includes:
 
  • COVID-19 Digital Certificate uploaded to the Services Victoria app.
  • COVID-19 Digital Certififcate uploaded to smartphone wallet.
  • Official Australian Immunisation Register certificate.
  • Printed COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate issued by Medicare 
  • Eligible proof of vaccination exemption 
How to get your COVID-19 digital certificate

Before visiting we ask that you:
  1. Download the Service Victoria app for easy QR check in.
  2. Bring a credit or debit card for any on-site purchases.
  3. Do not visit if you’re unwell or, if in the last 14 days you have experienced cold or flu symptoms, returned from overseas, been instructed by health authorities to isolate or are a close contact of an identified COVID case.
When visiting Mildura Arts Centre, please follow four key principles:
 
  1. Check-in using the Service Victoria QR code
  2. Show proof of double vaccination status OR that you hold a certified medical exemption
  3. Try to maintain 1.5 metres from other groups where possible
  4. Face masks are recommended when unable to physically distance
  5. Practise good hand hygiene and sanitise regularly 
It is a condition of entry that all visitors adhere to these requirements at all times during their visit.

All onsite staff are fully vaccinated.

Each of Mildura Arts Centre's spaces has a maximum capacity, based on the rule of 1 person per 4 square metres. Please follow instructions from MAC staff.

Cleaning of the site will be undertaken daily complying with DHHS and WorkSafe guidelines, with high touch areas sanitised frequently throughout the day.

All staff are trained in COVID-safe protocols.

We will continue to be guided by the Victorian Government’s health guidelines and will provide updates to this information.

We want everyone to feel safe when they visit MAC. Any individuals putting at risk our visitors, staff, or artworks will not be admitted or will be asked to leave.

We’re working to keep you safe, but we can’t guarantee you won’t be exposed to COVID-19. By entering MAC, you assume the risk of such exposure.

What time is Vista Cafe Bar open, and can you book?
Vista is open daily from 10am–2pm. For more information and to book a table vist the Vista Cafe Bar page or call on 03 5018 8330. We accomodate group bookings for 20 people or less.

Is there a time limit to how long you can stay at MAC?
There will be no time limit, so you can spend more time exploring all MAC has to offer! 

Are guided tours available to the public?
On request, please complete group booking form.
