Mindful Morning Meditation and Breathwork

With Mental Health Mallee

Facilitated by Carlo Cirillo and Jo Marie

A Mental Wellbeing session ahead of the In Conversation session with Penny Moodie.

Before we dive into a day of powerful conversations around mental health and resilience, join us for a calm and energising morning session with Mental Health Mallee.

Facilitated by Mentor & Speaker Carlo Cirillo and Positive Psychology Practitioner Jo Kathleen Marie, this session is a space to reconnect with yourself through:

  • Meditation
  • Mindful movement
  • Breathwork
You’ll leave feeling refreshed, clear-minded, and ready to embrace the conversations ahead.

No experience needed. You’re welcome to come dressed in your usual workwear or bring activewear to change into, changerooms will be available.

This is an opportunity to pause before the main event with Penny Moodie and Hugh Van Cuylenburg, and align your mind and body with the intention of the day.

Because calm minds create open hearts and real change begins with presence.
